Senior Consultant - Communications
Summary: A Senior Consultant serves as a key client contact and large project manager. The position requires excellent team management skills and support of business retention and expansion. The role also requires writing at a senior level and oversight of the development of all client work product.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred. Applicable majors include English, Communications, or Journalism. If other major, candidate must demonstrate excellent writing ability.

Experience required includes 6-8 years in communications and HR. Likely to come from corporate communications, public relations, journalism, advertising, marketing, corporate benefits or the HR/benefits industry. Consulting background preferred. Candidate should have strong client relations skills, managed several small projects, managed the work of other team members and assisted in the development of new business. Candidate should have depth of experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet applications and Video Production.
