We are currently seeking a Quality Director – Customer Care for our Beloit , WI headquarters.

Job Responsibilities : Responsible for both the quality assurance and quality control programs of the organization. Works with departments such as research and development, engineering, or production to develop schedules, project plans, and cost estimates for implementing new activities, procedures, or methods to improve the quality and performance of the organization’s products. Researches, evaluates, and recommends investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will improve the quality of the organization’s raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. Works with external suppliers to ensure that their products meet the organization’s quality standards and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

Required Skills

Minimum Qualifications : The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree along with 10 years experience in a Technical / Quality related field. This candidate must have past experience managing Quality, and working within a matrix organization involving multiple facilities and possess thorough knowledge of ISO and quality management systems. Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques; including Lean and Six Sigma as a requirement. The candidate must have strong organization skills and be a strategic thinker with excellent prioritization skills with proven abilities to implement Quality Strategies. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to execute company initiatives while directing others.

Desired Qualifications : Six Sigma, Professional certifications in Quality, Lean, Process Engineering
