The Department of Juvenile Justice, MIS Bureau is seeking applicants for a Systems Project Analyst (#080664) in Tallahassee, Class Code 2109, pay grade 24, annual salary will not exceed $41,105.67 or $1,574.93 bi-weekly. Preference will be given to applicants with working experience in: data base application development and programming; ASP.NET and VB.NET programming; Visual Basic programming; CRM 4.0, SharePoint, C/C++; Microsoft Access; SQL Server 2000-2008; SQL Reporting and Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP. The ability to work as part of a team is very important.
This is a "hands on" system development position responsible for development with the ability to work on multiple projects. The successful candidates for this position will be: responsible for programming, planning, and implementing a project, able to work with a team of developers; able to follow DJJ’s Information Systems Development Methodology; able to troubleshoot and resolve system problems, able to analyze statewide agency business requirements and design systems to meet those business requirements; and able to develop user-friendly WEB application as well as client/server systems.
