• Overall execution of budgeted territory plans
• Ensures that the district is constantly aware of performance versus plan and reacts to correct negative variances
• Sales actual versus plan, case goals, gross profit $, % actual versus plan
• Receivables within territory to plan, EVA goals
• Execution of territory development plan, new account development
• Achieve P.O.P. Goals, any other branch related objectives, Sales Associate development
• Product knowledge FSAST skills, knowledge of industry
• Involved in all sales related meetings and activities & other responsibilities and duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2 to 4 years college or equivalent experience required
• On the job experience – minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
• Ability to communicate with all levels of associates and customers
• Good cognitive and financial skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and required insurance

• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test
