The Process Engineering Manager will lead 2 teams supporting multiple applications that deliver business changes within the Customer Support Division (CSD) and UAT testing team. The manager will personally lead and provide direction in making changes to support CSD's Business and Operations strategies and processes. The manager will balance the development of strategic application improvements with other customer/Business requests while achieving high quality release delivery. The testing and application releases follow a life cycle methodology to assure consistent gathering of requirements and quality assurance practices. The manager will work with process leads to develop the skills and knowledge of their team to ensure redundancy and flexibility as demand for changes shifts between the different applications. The manager will need to establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal system development leads and technology vendors. The manager must understand CSD business processes and form strong relationships with numerous business leaders within CSD to support the changing needs of the division.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field. A minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably leading other managers.
Experience in developing, executing and improving a life cycle methodology for application development and Testing.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with business and technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to improve existing processes that use technology to deliver business value.
Previous experience with vendor management is required
Previous experience with software or application development is required
Previous experience with system testing, test script development and execution.
Previous experience with collections and recovery processes is a plus
