As a Finance/Accounting Field Director you will: provide leadership and direction in the areas of financial planning and operations of a team of associates. You will provide direct support to this team, managing their budgeting, financial planning and projections, risk management and operational reports

Develop strategic plans and objectives for the business unit and a fiscally responsible budget that supports its strategy

Direct the design and implementation of policies and procedures which result in increased performance, are properly integrated with other units, and comply with federal and state regulatory requirements

Establish and maintain management and performance controls by identifying, tracking, measuring and analyzing data to highlight problems, prevent losses, contain costs and direct the development of process improvements

Cultivate internal and external business relationships which will serve as resources of technical knowledge and performance improvement

Role Essentials

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

Progressive leadership experience in a finance role

Prior experience in the health solutions industry

Role Desirables

Master’s Degree strongly preferred

Experience with Medicare Advantage and CMS bid development and submission

Reporting Relationships

This role will have 1-50 direct & indirect reports and you will report to a Market Vice President. This area is under the leadership of the VP and Division Leader
