Baker Hughes has an exciting opportunity in Northeast Oklahoma for the right individual to provide the leadership, management vision, and strategy necessary to successfully develop and launch
a product entry into the HPump, PCP and Gaslift markets
that will differentiate Baker Hughes. Build a high performing and effective team to execute business plan. Establish operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and operating processes to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Ensure alignment with other product offerings of Baker Hughes Market growth targets
Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with customer base.
Establish sales strategy and targets and deliver agreed upon goals.
Establish and maintain buy-in and alignment of business strategy with SMP and Geomarket strategies through regular and consistent communication
Facilitate integration between Artificial Lift Product Line, Engineering and Supply Chain
Manage direct reports from all functional areas – manufacturing, purchasing, sourcing, quality and technology groups; team members will be dotted-line to their respective functional group.
Extensive knowledge of artificial lift product line, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with the commercialization/product launch process and demonstrated experience with pricing strategies / product positioning to maximize gross –margins
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of customer base, geographic requirements and market needs for Artificial Lift products
Bachelor's Degree in Technology related field, preferably Mechanical Engineering
Experience with Artificial Lift product lines outside the Baker Hughes Organization.
2-3 years experience in working in a matrix organization.
International and domestic US travel is required, approximately 25%.
