The Apple Online Store Fulfillment Operations (AFO) Reporting and Analytics Lead will manage Apple’s Online Store Fulfillment Reporting and Analytics efforts globally. The role is responsible for building a best-in-class reporting and analytics function at Apple. This person will be viewed as a subject matter expert in the online customer fulfillment experience, merging customer experience data and fulfillment analytics. The role will work closely with Apple Operations teams, Apple Online Store business teams, as well as Business Intelligence teams to define and drive reporting/analytics capabilities for the business.The lead will generate analysis, presentations, and recommendations in support of the team to drive customer experience improvements and operational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of identifying key questions, connecting the dots, performing analyses independently, and communicating findings in a clear and concise way. He/She must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and laser focus on generating results. The reporting and analytics leader will play a key role in the Apple’s Online Store Fulfillment Operations team. Responsibilities include: - Ability to methodically analyze large data sets, analyze root causes, and synthesize findings into readouts catering to various levels of the organization.- Implement short and long term solutions in systems or processes to optimize Apple Online Store Fulfillment Operations (AFO) across operational metrics and customer experience.- Work closely with global functional/business leads to understand online and mobile fulfillment strategies and initiatives to ensure success metrics are defined and tracked.

  • Communicate key trends on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. - Create forums for sharing and leveraging best practices across different Apple organizations. Bring thought leadership and innovation to enable data-driven decision-making.- Obtain alignment from relevant business partners on proposed changes and lead discussions to drive change.- Create an Analysis Framework to standardize and consolidate AFO reporting across regions, operational teams and functions.- Manage a small team of global analysts, and partner with regional analytics teams to deliver insights that help define strategy and facilitate speed and accuracy of customer fulfillment.- Lead the design and execution of ad hoc analysis from concept to presentation.- Work closely with the Operational Business Intelligence teams to define the scope and functionality of reports and analytical tools needed.- Manage global data quality and data governance efforts.Soft Skills Required: - Outstanding communication skills. Ability to communicate at all organizational levels – especially to an executive level.
Communicate clearly via email, verbally, and presentations.
