Our work includes projects in healthcare, municipal facilities, airports, K–12 and higher education facilities, hotels, parks, roadway, restaurants, office tenant finish, retail tenant finish, churches as well as core and shell design. Job Duties: Perform NEC demand/load calculations, short circuit calculations (ETAP software knowledge desired), lighting calculations (AGi software knowledge desired), and voltage drop calculations Create one-line diagram, estimated electrical service size and load calculations, and design narrative for schematic design phase of projects Perform complete power design for projects, including code research, device layout, equipment power connections, panel board circuit layout and loading, and mechanical equipment schedules Perform complete lighting design for projects, including code research, selection of luminaires and lamps, luminaire layouts, lighting controls and circuiting, COMcheck Perform project engineering duties on multiple and various sized projects Write and edit project construction specifications Review O&M manuals, shop drawings, equipment submittals, perform project site observations and punch lists with little assistance
Background in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
