We have an immediate need for a Service Delivery Rep 3 , responsible for coordinating order processing, providing provisioning support and dispute management from order entry through to delivery and billing. Responds to customer inquiries via phone and email to assist with obtaining necessary information to complete their order, for escalations relating to expedited orders and any order related rejects.The ideal candidate will assist with the Technical Svc Delivery Rep with completing projects; gathers and validating contractual pricing information prior to keying order into order entry system. Completes large and/or complex projects in a cooperative effort with the assigned Project Manager, Service Account Consultant (SAC), Technical Service Rep (TSR) and or Sales Engineer (SE) as applicable. Partners with process, legal, Service Engineers, provisioning, account management, and product to resolve newly identified solutions that the customer may want to utilize as their service

Job Requirements

  • Min 5 years related experience in specific area or equivalent

  • Strong customer service experience
