Responsibilities:
The applicant will be responsible for the tier 2 application and systems support of the ACPx family of products for both internal and external clients
Support deployments of new software releases.
Support client implementations and customized application configurations.
Support multiple production and non-production environments.
Support annual disaster recovery exercises
The applicant will be responsible for system maintenance and monitoring to ensure adherence to contracted service level agreements as well as ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
The applicant will be responsible for engaging in product and process enhancements.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of Windows operating system, web services, IIS 7, .Net programming languages, and database systems.
Microsoft SQL Server and TSQL experience required.
PowerShell or other scripting language experience required.
Basic knowledge of networking and network load balancers.
Good customer support and communication skills.
Ability to support 24x7 on call rotation.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team environment.
Ability to recognize areas in need of improvement and solve complex problems related to interconnected software components.
Software development experience a plus
2 - 5 years work experience required.
