The Senior Program Coordinator position provides administrative support to school-based, frontline Development officers, including preparation for events and/or travel, database maintenance, website maintenance, reports, and interaction and liaison with Gift Accounting. The position will work more closely with the Development Officers located in the different units on campus.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years’ experience providing office or administrative support.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills required.
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple demands and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and keep projects on task meeting and exceeding timeline expectations.
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
Minimum Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
