The shift for this position is Monday - Thursday 5-9pm
The person in this position is responsible for telemarketing existing and potential Time Warner Cable customers with specials, upgrades and quality control calls.
Essential Job Functions:
This position requires calling existing and potential Time Warner Cable customers with current telemarketing specials also calling existing customers to upgrade services. Do Quality Control calls before and after installation to ensure customer received desired services. Data entry for technician and installer’s when they upsell customers and also call customers nearing end of specials for retention purposes.
Calling existing and potential Time Warner customers with our current Telemarketing offers and upgrades.
Data entry for technicians and installers orders
Quality control calls.
Other special projects as required.
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
Computer, telephone and knowledge of services.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
