FICO’s Software Quality Assurance department is responsible for ensuring that we deliver robust products into the marketplace that meet the stringent quality requirements of our customers and partners. In this capacity, the department provides quality assurance and quality control services across the product development lifecycle for all of FICO's decision management applications, tools and scoring products.
