Customer Support, Tier II
We are looking for a dynamic and professional individual to join our team in Fargo, ND, as a full time associate!
Our Tier II Customer Support associates are responsible for resolving escalated technical issues related to Internet, DIRECTV, and telephone service. Applicants must have strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, punctual, self motivated, and well organized with strong interpersonal communication skills. Prior experience is strongly desired.
