Support purchase requisition (PR's) and implementation of finance policies: - Handle all equipment and fixture requests across projects- Support quote request to suppliers including price verification, placing PR's, approval and tracking- Oversee purchase requests- insuring that justifications are cogent and thoroughly vetted- Troubleshoot and resolve purchase requisition and purchase order issues- Maintain master purchase database and help update forecast for all projects- Invoice preparation for Goods Receipt and documentation for quarterly audits- Work with Accounts Payable and Finance to resolve invoice and credit processing issuesRequired Skills: Great organizational skills, able to multitaskStrong Familiarity with OSXExcel proficientAbility to work well independentlyEducation and Experience: •Requires BS degree or 2 years related procurement and administrative experience or equivalent.•SAP experience.•Excellent English communication skills required -- both verbal & written.•Team player who can work collaboratively to get things done.•Independent self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
