We're seeking a Certified Dietary Manager, CDM at our 130-bed center, located in Harriman, TN. Our center has specialized short term Rehab Recovery Suites. Responsibilities include dining program oversight, food production, purchasing, budget and inventory control. Will also be responsible for maintaining county and state standards regulations and inspections.
Job Requirements :
Must be a Certified Dietary Manager, CDM or Registered Dietitian.
Must have experience in long term care, skilled nursing or hospital setting.
Must have good managerial skills.
Familiar with maintaining budgets and inventory levels.
