At Chase, our people are our advantage and the key to our success. We have more than 150,000 employees in the Chase family, all working together to help customers find the financial solutions that are right for them.
As an In-Store Personal Banker with Chase, you'll play a vital role in the customer's banking experience in one of our store-based branches. You'll work face-to-face with customers, developing and building upon long-lasting relationships. Within the branch, you will partner with specialists such as Loan Officers, Business Bankers and Financial Advisors to create innovative solutions tailored to each customer's ever-changing needs.
In addition to playing a key customer-facing role, you will quickly learn the ins and outs of daily branch management and operations. You will be responsible for cash handling and helping customers with their every day transactions. You will get experience with audit and ensuring that we are safeguarding the banks assets. You will use your intuition and make sound decisions that are best for the customer, while at the same time assessing the situation to make sure that the bank is not taking on too much risk. You will be empowered to make exceptions to policies as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to mentor new employees. The different roles and responsibilities that you take on as an In-Store Personal Banker will help you gain the experience needed for future management opportunities with Chase.
When you start, you'll attend 12 weeks of training where you'll learn about Chase, our products, our services and how to tailor financial solutions for your customers. You'll also receive a comprehensive introduction to the career opportunities available at Chase. Once you are in your role, you can look forward to ongoing coaching and training.
