Role & Function

Responsible for managing all ramp activities in the assigned area.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and break down maintenance
  • Supervises/control staff assignment, reporting and absences
  • Control of staff overtime and compensation
  • Personal presence during the daily operation at the unit concerned
  • Maintains applicable safety and quality standards
  • Maintains, up-date company’s and customer manuals and documentation
  • Maintains and monitors the local emergency plan
  • Maintains and good relations with customers and airport authorities
  • Solves any conflicts and irregularities, and takes appropriate action
  • Attends internal meetings
  • Other duties as assigned by the Ramp Manager
Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum Education: High School or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Minimum Experience - 3 Year of ramp management or supervisor experience
  • Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communications in English
  • Special Equipments Training and/or Certifications
  • Technical Requirements – MS Office, Excel, Outlook
