Oversees aspects of internal and external communications for the organization. Responsibilities may include advertising and marketing activities, creative editorial and design services, and communication to employees, members, and the general public. May also be responsible for strategic communications and special events.|
Develops and implements strategic marking plans for the Company. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the Company and adjust plans accordingly. Ensures the organization’s products and services achieve the business objectives defined by the organization while also remaining fully compliant with all government requirements and guidelines. Develops and deploys communication materials to internal and external stakeholders. Provides advice and guidance to other departments regarding local marketing, promotional, and public relations efforts. May Research and develop policies and recommends appropriate sales channels. May create and maintain departmental budget. May lead the LivingWell clinical marketing strategy and execution including managing field requests, training, and/or material development. May lead clinical educational meetings.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree. At least seven years related marketing/advertising/communication/product development experience. At least three years management or supervisory experience. Experience with a government-regulated or health industry. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. For LivingWell position, strong clinical knowledge.
Preferred Requirements: MBA. Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare Advantage and/or Medicare prescription drug plans.
