Job Profile and Description

The Marketing Coordinator job entails managing a wide range of marketing processes and projects and assisting in the implementation of all marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator performs a range of marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the marketing department and ensures that all Marketing efforts accurately reflect the brand of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

Event Support / Logistics Management
  • Assist in planning, preparation, scheduling, and executing all aspects of Marketing events
  • Manage logistics for events like seminars, briefings, CIO events
Content Creation
  • Work closely with Marketing leadership and internal resources to gather, refine, and create appropriate content for Marketing materials
  • Assist in writing and editing press releases, sales and marketing materials, articles, presentations, white papers, and collaterals
  • Assist in developing case studies, references, and testimonials
Media Outreach
  • Create and maintain media outreach to appropriate outlets, schedule and execute press releases to plan
  • Assist in developing awards and speaking pipeline
  • Assist in developing analyst outreach/briefings
Marketing Research
  • Conduct research externally and internally, in, LinkedIn, and via other data sources
  • Track results of marketing efforts for analysis
Marketing Strategy Implementation and Tracking
  • Support lead generation and customer penetration plans
  • Compile and manage project tracking and calendars of marketing efforts
  • Support creation of ongoing best practices, methodologies, templates for Marketing
  • Execute a wide variety of details that involve campaigns, events, public relations, customer communications, and other marketing plans

  • Knowledge of marketing principles

Education and Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related

Minimum 2 years relevant experience
