SUMMARY OF POSITION :
This position leads strategic marketing for nuclear products globally with a global revenue of $500M. Ensures consistent marketing platforms and messaging on a worldwide scale. Takes commercial advantage of global operational differences, similarities, and opportunities in order to meet global objectives. It also includes collaboration with clinical and medical affairs planning, regulatory, etc; This position will lead a marketing team of approximately 4 personnel
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Develop and implement strategic marketing plan for nuclear products including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand Foster positive relationships with key opinion leaders, industry luminaries, and pharmacy partners to support product promotion and acceptance in both the clinical and economic model. The Director will be responsible for the success of assigned products and projects and will work within a cross-functional team and across the organization to accomplish business objectives. Responsible for the professional development of staff, ensuring that the marketing team continues to grow in depth and breadth of skill set, as well as develop a footprint for succession planning. Promotes and maintains the brand image at international levels Lead the development of new marketing strategies and ensure the effectiveness of current marketing strategies Creates life cycle management plans in concert with downstream marketing teams Sales support responsibilities include clear communication of marketing strategies and tactical plans to the applicable downstream marketing teams Develop product promotion and sales training materials. Collaborate with medical affairs and other functions for publication documents Validate global marketing assumptions including handling marketing intelligence, segmentation, and product positioning Implement go to market strategy for global nuclear commercial operations; Develops and implements marketing messaging globally and disseminates to all regional areas Work closely with Marketing communications and event planning to assist with conventions and congresses
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science discipline preferred Computer proficiency with experience in business modeling, CRM systems, financial planning and analysis tools Experience:
Minimum of 7 years experience in the Imaging industry with a proven track record of leading global marketing organizations in both mature and emerging markets, as well as bringing new products to market Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing A sound understanding of supply chain, regulatory, medical affairs, upstream marketing and BD&L processes In-depth experience leading marketing required In-depth knowledge of nuclear products Exceptional ability to maintain and build strong customer relations Experience in managing teams in excess of 5 or more people Experience in product branding Skills/Qualifications
