Job description:
Combination city driver / dock workers must be able to perform all of the duties of a city driver and a dockworker. At many locations, combination city driver / dock workers also perform the duties of road drivers and/or hostlers.

Responsibilities:
The primary functions of a Combination City Driver / Dock Worker are:

To operate various tractor-trailer combinations or straight trucks between Company terminals or yards and customer facilities or work sites; to sort, handle, load and/or unload freight at various Company and customer locations in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
To efficiently sort, handle, and load freight into and unload it from over-the-road equipment, containers, city trailers and/or straight trucks in accordance with oral and written instructions, as well as federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
One-year experience driving similar equipment in various traffic and weather conditions or graduation from company approved training program.
Age 21
Record of safe and competent driving as demonstrated on state Motor Vehicle Record.
Valid Class A CDL with requisite endorsements.
Ability to work various shifts and days of the week.
Ability to record applicable freight information on bill of lading.
Ability to match information on freight bill with description on bill of lading.

SUMMARY:
The Global Customer Insights Manager leads all initiatives pertaining to customer drivers, attitudes, product usage, and segmentation modeling in order to reflect the voice of the customer at the heart of every initiative within Cessna Aircraft Company. In doing so, the incumbent partners closely with the strategic pricing, product marketing, and product development teams to shape and refine the product and service portfolio. Operating on a global scale to uncover actionable insights by geography, the incumbent provides strategic thought-leadership and direction on portfolio optimization based on a thorough understanding of product development research, pricing and volumetric forecasting, as well as customer and marketplace trends. Anticipates, informs, and inspires better business and marketing decisions. Develops and leads all phases of qualitative and quantitative primary research, including creation of project briefs, vendor selection and management, drafting surveys, moderator's guides, and screener questionnaires, analysis and presentation of research findings. Writes reports by synthesizing data and provides actionable recommendations, presenting findings to senior management.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Creation of yearly research and learning plan to inform critical decision making and prioritization on a global scale
Development of customer profiles and customer experience journey by geography and product segment
Integration of both syndicated and custom research as well as internal CRM tools to highlight key, driving customer themes and needs
Identification of processes, metrics, and tracking mechanisms to drive net promoter scores among our customer/potential customer base
Drive creation of the Cessna customer segmentation and market structure models to uncover ripe and/or untapped areas of future growth for the company
Collaboration with Brand Building on creative development/customer messaging
Involvement with initiatives to help drive consistency in customer experience
Development, maintenance and online management of customer advisory panel
Close collaboration with outside agencies, including branding firm, media firm and CRM/online firm, and segmentation consulting agencies
Oversight of and accountability for budget allocated to customer insights initiatives
Lead and develop 2 research analysts

Qualifications:

Listen and understand business and executive requests in order to deliver actionable initiatives
Understand marketing and business applications such as ROI
Demonstrate creative thinking and develop as well as execute ideas
Design and develop key metric indicators of marketing success
Excellent written and oral communication
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HTML
Experience managing agencies and direct reports

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
6-10 years prior relevant experience in market research or closely related field
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to travel
