The Supervising Producer will be responsible for creating shows from the WWE Library and will implement senior management’s creative vision for the overall product.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall accountability for the production quality and timely delivery of content within set schedule and budget
Train, manage, and mentor a staff of producers, APs, and Pas
Provide overall project management for production sets and staff
Communicate to television support teams the vision, request, and asset needs
Work with executive producers, director, and talent on scripting, treatments, and scene-by-scenes
Serve as direct contact for all post-production progress
Analyze, track, and adjust operating plans in coordination with overall performance goals
Stay abreast of industry trends


Key Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and minimum of seven years experience in television/film production
Track record that speaks to creative ability in television producing with an eye for detail; should have experience as a “show runner” with soup to nuts program creation capabilities
Management experience/skills necessary to manage projects and people
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to translate strategy into executable orders
Experience interacting and collaborating with creative community, including show executives, creators, talent, and other creative executives
