This position is responsible for clerical and general administrative support for the Key Executive Leadership Certificate program. This position provides logistical assistance including but not exclusively to the following programs: Fall Open enrollment, Spring Open Enrollment, USDA contract, OIG contract DHS Contract and other new programs as they arise. This position also includes coordination of the various aspects involved in administration of the Key Executive Leadership Certificate program.
High school diploma/GED required.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of administrative experience. S/he must possess excellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills. Applicants must be detail-oriented, self-starter with strong leadership skills, able to engage in and contribute to a growing program with a strong team ethics. Applicants must be able to work in a dynamic, high pressure, and constantly changing environment. Applicants must have significant experience working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, spreadsheets, PowerPoint software, SPSS and Internet research experience.
The Administrative Assistant needs to be able to move in and take over the flow and responsibilities for the Assistant Director in the event of her absence or disability.
