We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Account Specialist I in our Providence, RI office.
Responsible for managing or assisting those who manage a book of business. Focus is on account retention and pursuing growth opportunities through the book and by working with producers. This individual will be primarily supporting Level I AE and Brokers
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
* Word Processing and Graphics (word, excel, power point)
* Records Management
* Mail Processes for office
* Supplies management
* Scanning and Copying as needed
* Assists in the renewal process, preparation of submission; compiling exposure data and loss data, proposal preparation
* GRIP and QDR Preparation and submission
* Account Team Desktop for billing purposes
* Performs account servicing functions as assigned, i.e., Aon Line
* Performs miscellaneous office duties in support of account servicing
* Proficient in MS Office products; Word, Excel, Power Point
* Proficient in creating graphics based on data provided
* Good Computer Skills, ability to pick up various programs
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
