We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sr. Electrical Engineer to join our MEP team. The position may be based in our Wausau, WI, Champaign, IL or Milwaukee , WI offices. Responsibilities include: proposal development, estimating, design and QA/QC of medium and low voltage power distribution systems. Experience with municipal facilities (water & wastewater), higher education and industrial projects are desired.
B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
Current Professional Engineer (PE) license
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a consulting engineer
Previous project management experience is required
Ability to coordinate drawings, perform calculations and select equipment
Ability to develop proposals and budgets for prospective projects
Ability to add value to client projects through innovative, sustainable design
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make presentations
Ability to collaborate with other team members and work across offices and disciplines to complete projects
Knowledge of design and modeling tools (AutoCAD, Revit and SKM Power Tools)
