Job Description

Perform digital marketing and guest analytics in the CEM space through developing models, reports, including report automation where necessary and possible, designing and executing queries to support such needs. The position is responsible for working directly with data contents from the data warehouse and identifying problems with data including managing projects to improve data quality and ensure accuracy; collecting business requirements from business teams including interfacing directly with senior leaders, identifying reporting needs from these requirements and proposing new reports or report revisions; performing ad hoc data pulls and analyses.

Responsibilities
  • Perform digital marketing and guest analytics including developing models that will facilitate business decision making.
  • Develop reports, design and execute ad hoc queries to support reporting needs and data requests.
  • Work directly with data contents from data warehouse including identifying problems; initiate and manage projects to improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Interface with the marketing organization team members, collecting business requirements including interfacing directly with senior leaders in identifying reporting needs and from these requirements and proposing new reports and/or report revisions.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for data and analyses.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Preferred Course of Study: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or other quantitative,
  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant work experience preferred
  • Experience using SQL along with any of the following; MS Office, Toad, Microstrategy, Omniture, Data Visualization, Digital and Marketing Analytics preferred
