Lead Clinician

Job Description:
  • Develops and collects data operationally define
targeted behaviors and develops observable and
measurable goals.
  • Develops individualized behavior management
treatment plans (and addendum's when necessary) and
monitors the implementation of the plan.
  • Maintains progress notes for every contact and
submits payroll within the most current pay period.
  • Completes concurrent reviews as required.
  • Provides clinical consultation to the therapeutic
support staff and ensures appropriate
implementations of the treatment plan.
  • Meets with the child, family, local case manage,
teachers and other treatment team members as
required.
  • Oversee termination of services in collaboration
with treatment team and provides a closing summary.
  • Attends training as required by NHS Human Services.
  • May perform other related duties as required or
assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a clinical mental health
discipline and training in behavioral modification
(minimum of 8 hours prior to hire and 8 hours
annually thereafter OR
  • Mental Health Clinician with current Pennsylvania
licensure as a Psychologist
  • 2 years post MA degree experience providing mental
health treatment to children AND
  • 1 year experience using behavioral modification
techniques.
