One post-doctoral position is available immediately. This lab focuses on: 1) study of the mechanisms underlying epithelial to mesenchymal transition ( EMT ) in tumorigenesis and metastasis, and 2) elucidation of the physiological regulation of the Hippo pathway and its dysregulation in cancer. Current projects include using our well-established 3-D cell culture system and mouse models to identify novel Hippo pathway components in order to unravel the signal transduction mechanisms and develop diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Individuals with appropriate training background in cell and molecular biology are encouraged to apply.
