P osition Summary:
The primary responsibility of the position is to develop the technical strategy and interconnectivity between our diverse sales automation toolsets with a focus on our multi-instance environment and its integration with our web platforms and digital marketing toolset, Eloqua. The objective of this job is to partner with our internal customers (sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support teams) to architect solutions that leverage the use of CRM processes to aggregate information about our customers across our diverse business and improve the experience we provide to our external customers. This position will drive the definition of the technical strategy for the integration and coexistence of, SAP CRM, Sales Logix, Eloqua and a number of other point solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect solutions that advance our knowledge of the customer and improve the interactions with the customer, while balancing the inherent diversity of a federated IT landscape

Design and architect and Eloqua to internal customers as per business and system requirements. This will include system configuration, external integrations, reports, dashboards, workflows, external system integrations and more

Develop solutions to bridge multiple instances of salesforce with SAP CRM, Sales Logix and other sales force automation toolsets.

Leverage customer identification toolsets such as Dun and Bradstreet to develop solutions to aggregate customer information across sales automation and ERP platforms

Determine, document and communicate user and system requirements, processes and standard procedures

Apply business analysis, organizational and technical skills to improve efficiencies through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures

Utilize project management skills to manage full life cycle of small to medium sized projects

Communicate project and task status to rest of team, leadership and key stakeholders

Participate in project selection and ranking process

Define and standardize user accounts and groups including security configuration

Partner with other divisions within company to ensure successful collaboration and sharing of data, contacts, leads, procedures, processes, knowledge and more

Architect and design master data management and governance

Travel required and includes domestic, as well as, international destinations. Travel varies and typically does not exceed 10%

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
8-10 years experience in CRM

2+ Years of experience as a solution architect in and/or Eloqua

5+ years of experience in and/or Eloqua

Design and development experience in

Minimum of 3 implementations as an Solution Architect

Development of Apex classes, Visual Force pages, implementation, reports development and data loading experience

Sales, Budgeting and forecasting experience is a plus

Should have ability to convert requirements into high level design

Comfortable configuring basic SFDC setups including field updates for both the Standard and Custom objects, dashboards.

Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java, PHP or C#, SOAP-based web services (SOA)

Experience with the SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, etc.)

Excellent personal project-management skills

In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Sales force Sales Cloud application coupled with good understanding of the business processes.

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
2+ Years of experience as a solution architect in and/or Eloqua

Overall 5+ years of experience in and/or Eloqua

Design and development experience in

Minimum of 3 implementations as a Solution Architect
