Job Description: This position is responsible for the execution of project activities associated with the New Account Opening/Client Experience business program throughout the project life cycle from initiation to implementation. Business scope includes Client Onboarding & Discovery, new account Welcome Books and Thank You letters, Profile Confirmations and all associated and ancillary processes. Focus is on data gathering approach and process integration across systems and platform.

Responsibilities: 
Identify business needs and strategies within the application areas noted above. 
Coordinate or develop Business Requirements Documents and other project specifications, work orders, and change controls. 
Interact with operations and technology partners throughout the project life cycle including the review and preparation of functional requirements specifications. 
Serve as business subject matter expert for the application areas noted above. This includes command of both business process and system function. 
Work with business and project partners to fully assess impacts of new development. 
Support service of branch inquiries and problem resolution. 
Develop and execute User Acceptance test plans and condition catalogs. 
Facilitate defect management and resolution. 
Perform “point of release” quality assurance on new software implementations. 
Create new, or update existing, training materials and user guides. 
Prepare initial drafts of field communications and announcements. 
Execute rollout/implementation strategies. 
Work with appropriate service desks to effectively transfer knowledge for post-implementation production support. 
Assist with meeting preparation and facilitation. 
Perform other miscellaneous project management tasks and methodologies as directed by the Product / Project Manager. 
Liaise with broader business, operations, and technology Project Management Offices.

Skills Required 
Minimum three to five years Financial Services experience required. 
Demonstrated prior project management skills required. 
Strong writing skills required. 
Strong verbal skills required. 
Must be able to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts. 
Strong analytical, process-oriented, problem-solving/issues-resolution skills required. 
Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment required. 
Individual must demonstrate ability to accelerate learning curve. 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required. 
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Visio strongly preferred. 
BA or BS required. Advanced degree helpful but not required.

Skills Desired 
Series 7 helpful, but not required.
