Sourcing program leader will work as a functional expert for planning, tracking and reporting sourcing metrics through automated tools by working closely with IM team.

Essential Responsibilities
In addition, in this role you will:
  • Work with strategic sourcing teams within Energy Management to gather business requirements for automated reports tied to deflation, LCC and other sourcing metrics from Global sourcing data warehouse
  • Be the focal point to lead the migration of purchasing data from the various ERP (Oracle, SAP, JDE etc) and legacy systems to Global Sourcing Data Warehouse
  • Lead and expand spend analytics tools for reporting metrics from legacy systems by working closely with the outsourced service providers
  • Lead the management of planning and reporting tools like Finance Planning in Hyperian and Project tracker
  • Lead integration of sourcing savings tools within Energy Management for recently merged businesses by working with IM team
  • Utilize knowledge of ERP applications, to design, develop and manage digital reporting tools, drive automation of productivity tracking within the buying process, and develop tools to track cost out strategies to achieve savings goals in line with business objectives

    Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT experience
