Assists the Director in maintaining an efficient operation in specific crafts and areas of responsibility assigned to manager in accordance with manager's education and expertise. Responsible to the Director of Engineering at assigned campus each having separate managers and cost centers encompassing square footage and acreage associated with multiple locations/facilities. Available for call-backs for emergency situations. Takes "on call" when scheduled.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering-related field and three (3) years Facility Maintenance Lead, Supervisory, or Manager experience in Facilities Maintenance required. In lieu of education requirement, seven (7) or more years experience as listed above may be considered. Hospital or healthcare facilities maintenance experience required.
