The candidate provides e-Learning instructional systems design services to create online courseware for virtual classroom environments. Applies knowledge of education principles and distance learning concepts, graphic design, electronic teaching techniques t determine the subject matter, goals, length, approach, and instructional medial which can be most effective. Candidate should understand recognized instructional systems design process to develop an instructional/design plan, storyboards, and final e-learning products. Develops software applications, websites, and web portals using internet applications and commercial off the shelf products such as Microsoft Access and Creative Suite. Provides technical support services; perform development of software tools and user on-line applications support. Modifies software to assure optimum performance. Analyzes and evaluates software for requirements. Writes programs and/or scripts for web-based and computer-based training modules used for on-line e-Learning requirements. Writes user guides and training manuals. Coordinate product demonstrations. Candidate will also be required to provide instructional systems design services for e-Learning courseware design and development, and writing or editing assistance IAW JCITA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years' experience working with DoD training program.
Expert knowledge of DoD processes and terminology.
Bachelor's degree is highly desired.
