RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provide programmatic and analytical support and data analysis that aligns with each MCSC Competency Area. Attend meetings and conferences, capture and prepare meeting minutes, coordinate directly with Project Offices, facilitate acquisition documentation development, presentation/briefing development support, conduct research, coordinate action items, and provide general day to day support. Gather, compile, summarize information, and draw conclusions. Develop and maintain schedules and provide status reports. Must be able to work independently and resolve problems within an assigned area of responsibility. Must possess strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills and have the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of government/USMC procedures and policies in support of acquisition, logistics, and fielding activities is a plus. Ability to professionally communicate and interface with management, supervisors and peers required. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors + 0 Years (or Associates Degree + 2 years experience or 8 years experience in lieu of degree)
Must possess or be able to obtain a current U.S. security clearance
Candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must be able to meet the eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a minimum of security clearance issued by the U.S. Government.
Experience in the preparation, typing, filing of military documentation including typing in the appropriate format for technical documentation, including data entry in spreadsheets and database. Prefer DIAWIA Levell II Certified, Experience in DoD 5000 and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to recommend changes as required to improve Customer systems and processes for efficiency, clarity in reporting, etc.
Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
