Supports project managers for medium to large-sized, moderately complex projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting various project-related processes including resource and expense estimation, accounting, project reporting, project schedule creation, and schedule consolidation and maintenance for medium to large scale projects from project inception to closure
Providing project administrative support to several projects and project managers concurrently
Managing (with assistance) the planning, execution, controlling, and closure of small projects.
Provide administrative support to track project actuals/forecast to budget, vendor expenses, resource allocations and variance analysis and reporting
Participating in making presentations and conducting problem resolution as well as other types of communication to a variety of audiences.
Working closely with the project team to assess “upstream” and “downstream” impacts / dependencies and initiates ways to resolve issues.
Developing and maintaining a productive working relationship with project stakeholders.
Utilizes established methods and processes for project financial tracking and reporting. Works closely with IS-Governance to provide monthly project financial summary reporting for assigned projects.
Bachelor's degree in a related field specialized training or equivalent work experience.
Typically requires 1-4 years of Systems Analyst or Project Analyst/Manager work or equivalent experience.
