The Commission Sales Lead is responsible for selling to and assisting customers. This position assists in the training of new Associates and supervising the store when a salaried Manager is not present. Also, in the absence of a salaried Manager, this position supervises hourly Associates in the store. Additionally, this position is a role model within the unit for abiding by and holding others accountable for the Code of Business Conduct and overall business practices, and leads by example with the highest level of integrity.
