The Production Control Analyst Associate assists with the scheduling and control of daily job scheduling utilizing enterprise job scheduling software. The Associate Analyst assists with the application migration process and ensures that change control policies and procedures are followed
Responsibilities
Provides incident, problem management and production support for a 24 X 7 data center. Analyzes and resolves basic to moderately complex production, application, and systems problems to ensure that service level agreements are met. Monitors ticket queues to ensure that change requests and service requests are properly prioritized and worked according to priority. Provides off hours on call support as needed.
Coordinates and executes the application migration processes through non-Production and Production environments according to change control policies and procedures. Ensures that complete and compliant documentation and approval processes are performed for all controlled changes. Works with Application Development teams to develop, implement, and control high quality batch applications for internal and external customers. Coordinates and assists with business startups ensuring that established timelines are met.
Administers the automated job schedulers for multi-platform operations. Coordinates the setup of appropriate scheduling applications and operator instructions relevant to the processing platforms. Verifies the daily job schedules and understands the critical job dependencies and business cycles in detail. Knows the urgency and is able to prioritize the key schedule requirements needed to support the business.

Qualifications
High School; BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related field is preferred.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to maintain calm and think rationally while working to solve problems in high stress situations.
Must be able to work flexible hours (evenings, early mornings, and weekends) regularly to support production changes
