The SAS IOT Principal Financial Analyst position within Business Operations Finance - IOT/Subcontracts Management is responsible for supporting over $500M of Inter-Company work annually. This position will support the implementation of the IOT Improvement Project and related Supplier Integrated Product Teams (SIPTs). The SAS IOT principal analyst will be a member of a cross-functional IOT Supplier Integrated Product team to manage all SAS IOTs with the supplier. In this role, the SAS IOT principal analyst will have numerous matrix interfaces with IOT Suppliers, Program Finance, Business Operations Finance, and Supplier Integrated Product Teams (SIPTs) and will have the ability to translate complex financial data in accurate, concise information to multiple levels of personnel. This position will support various program and financial activities related to Inter-Organization business including EAC/EVMS analysis, material analysis and PO Forecast validation in support of PRISM MRP EV. The analyst will monitor IOT activity to ensure compliance with company policies and requirements for Inter-Organization work, including compliance to EVMS policy 10255 and will facilitate the use of standard business tools. Additionally, this position will help develop and implement training for personnel working with IOT suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Active business partner to Business Operations, (SIPTs), Program Finance, and IOT Suppliers
Support Supplier Integrated Product Team as Finance Lead
Ensure Work Authorizations (IOT's and Purchase Orders) are issued in accordance with program schedule and compliance.
Ensure all Tier 3 flow down requirements are flowed out to IOT supplier team/s per the EVMS policy 10255
Ensure IOT supplier compliance with SAS & Raytheon Policies and program directives
Analysis of Operations/Material Management for various IOT suppliers
Analysis of EAC/EVMS inputs from various IOT suppliers
Validate IOT PO forecasts from IOT suppliers to facilitate PRISM MRP EV
Facilitate IOT supplier use of standard business tools
As an IOT/PRISM SME, provide training as required to personnel working with IOT suppliers
Required Skills:
6+ years related work experience
manage multiple priorities in a matrix organization
Experience utilizing program management systems and tools (SAP/APEX) and independently create and analyze cost data
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline
Desired Skills:
Experience with SAP/APEX/PRISM
Experience with IOT/TA Tool
Experience with Program EAC/EV
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience in preparing and presenting briefings
Self starter with good organizational skills and ability to work independently
