ContinuCare HealthServices, Inc., a subsidiary of the Erlanger Health System, provides a wide range of Home Health services throughout Southeast Tennessee. Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, ContinuCare is not only a great place to work, but is also situated in one of the premier cities in the South. Called “One of the Best Cities in the World,” by U.S. News and World Report, Chattanooga has received national recognition for the renaissance of its beautiful downtown and is surrounded by extensive historical sites, state parks and greenways woven through the innumerable rivers, lakes and mountains that give Chattanooga the nickname, “The Scenic City.”

Situated only a couple of hours away from Nashville, Knoxville and Atlanta, Chattanooga provides the opportunity to live and work in a mid-sized city outside of the gridlock and high costs of living associated with the large metropolises.

We currently have a new opportunity for an experienced CNA to join our Specialty Services team. The Certified Nursing Assistant is a qualified unlicensed employee who is trained to provide personal care services and perform or assist with activities of daily living. This may occur in the home setting or in an alternate location such as a hospital or assisted living facility. While providing care in the home, the CNA is under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Liaison and the Specialty Services Manager and while in an alternate care facility, the CNA is under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager and must also meet qualifications and requirements of specific facilities.
