Marketing Program Manager â€“ temporary contract position
The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for the integration, scheduling and execution of marketing communications deliverables in support of internal clients. This includes the creation of deliverables spanning online (web, email, landing pages, banners, videos, etc.) and offline (brochures, posters, data sheets, etc.) mediums - all supporting the corporate brand. This position is a key liaison for the internal marketing services group and the successful candidate will have a strong background coordinating directly with art directors, writers, web designers and video producers.
The Marketing Program Manager reports to the Director of Creative and Digital Marketing and is an individual contributor. However, horizontal management skills are necessary to work effectively in a matrixed marketing organization. The candidate must have good writing skills and proven experience creating concise, consistent and compelling communications.
Support a varied set of stakeholders and marketing services staff in project definition, content gathering and creation, development of communications strategy, and execution of defined projects through online and offline publishing methods.
Manage project details and tasks in an efficient manner while balancing demands on creative development time by prioritizing against company goals and strategies. This includes evaluating, capturing and communicating project requirements; scheduling and prioritizing activities; proactively reporting progress to stakeholders and management; and diplomatically negotiating shifting priorities.
Work closely with the web services team to integrate project and campaign messaging and visuals across corporate website.
Work with freelance and/or agency resources as necessary to meet an often volatile creative project workload.
Work with traffic manager to enter project requirements into project management system (Sharepoint) and monitor project progress as it travels through the workflow.
Navigate effectively and efficiently within complex HR, IR, marcom, product and channel marketing organizations.
Drive corporate brand initiatives, including environmental branding across worldwide sites, the creation and distribution of corporate brand collateral, and the integration of corporate brand and campaign messaging and visuals across HR and employee communications.
Serve as brand steward to maintain consistency of messaging and visuals in all materials created.

Working knowledge of all MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
Familiarity with MS Sharepoint a strong plus

Education: Education and experience
5-7 years project management or marcom experience, preferably in technology marketing
Bachelorâ€™s degree in marketing, journalism, communications or equivalent experience
Agency, B2B, brand management and writing experience
