Active certification as a Compensation Professional (CCP)
Design, implement, and administer base, variable, and incentive pay plans.
Experience designing and presenting compensation data analysis to Executive/Senior Management.
Compensation experience in secondary and/or higher education setting is highly desirable.
Positions are appointed on an annual basis and this position is grant funded.
