Description/Job Summary Customer Service Representative Supervisor
Responsibilities/Duties Responsible for the sales of products and services at the branch as well as providing excellent customer service. Embraces, promotes and is accountable for delivering Fulton's superior customer service program.
Operates in a decentralized decision-making environment and exercises assigned lending authority to decision consumer loans. Responsible for entire consumer loan process from interview to closing. Is proficient in Federal Banking Regulations and bank products.
Working closely with branch manager, csr supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervisory of teller and platform staff members.
Provides sales support and training for less experienced team members in conjunction with the branch management team in order to maximize sales opportunities.
Required Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Ability and desire to sell bank products and services. Possess a basic understanding of how individuals behave, learn and are motivated; knowing alternative ways of working with or influencing people.
Required Experience Must have a minimum of three years of previous banking or related experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Details Must be flexible and available a variety of hours Monday thru Saturday.
