Agriculture Relationship Manager Job Description:
The Agriculture Relationship Manager will have portfolio responsibilities for large and complex agriculture lending relationships. The emphasis will be on consultative sales, development of customer relationships, and extraordinary customer service. Success will be measured by the size and growth of the book of business, and the quality and improvement of the book. You will provide liaison, training and support for other of our company's business banking partners and our Ag Banking group. Success will be measured by the performance of the agriculture book of business in the defined geography, including loans, deposits, revenues, and growth. Bonus is based on total relationship - loans, deposits, cross sales.
Agriculture Relationship Manager Minimum Qualifications:
-- Bachelors Degree Required
-- 2+ years of agricultural lending experience, ideally in the IL
-- Proven new business development skills
-- Strong history of Business Development and Selling across business product lines preferred
