Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
The Medicare Program Services Senior Communication Analyst is responsible for managing the sustaining activities associated with Med D web tools and supporting deliverables associated with enhancing those tools. The senior analyst position involves direct oversight including, but not limited to:
Working with project managers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts across multiple functional areas to define overall application requirements and design considerations.
Aligning process needs with application capabilities, improving processes as required.
Working within defined infrastructure / operational guidelines to support end users and application processes.
Driving data integrity within the Medicare Program Services tools through analysis and data management tools.
Supporting end user requests and troubleshooting issues; provide coaching and mentorship to enable end user success.
Creating / updating operational decision support tools including executive dashboard and reports.
Use a consultative approach to ensure our internal and external client’s needs are being met; may facilitate or support colleagues in training or working sessions to support internal / external clients.
Ensuring that documents on the websites are kept updated and removed when no longer applicable Required Qualifications:
Ability to meet deadlines with multiple competing priorities. Able to deliver high quality project work and solutions that satisfy stakeholder expectations and meet approved scope, schedule and cost considerations. Salesforce.com or similar CRM application experience necessary. Must have extensive experience designing sharepoint solutions based on user requirements. This includes programming(html,asp,etc) Must have extensive experience working with master pages, web parts, work flows, etc. High level of proficiency with employee productivity tools including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft LiveMeeting, and Microsoft SharePoint is REQUIRED. 5+ years experience in working in a professional services environment with client / stakeholder management, analytical skills, and application management. 2-5 Years experience in Sharepoint Design and Maintenance, 2-5 Years experience working with SalesForce.com. Preferred Qualifications:
Understands software development methodologies & familiar with project management processes and related tools. Experience in sharepoint administration at the web collection level. Able to effectively interact with all levels of management. Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience desirable. Medicare Part D experience desirable. Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field required. Coursework / training in project management, process improvement, analytics tools,,Salesforce.com and MS Sharepoint required. Business Overview:
