                      Position Summary:
                      This position will be responsible for conducting analysis and providing weekly, monthly and adhoc reports for the Facility Solutions(FS) Sales Organization. This position will analyze data from both the Invision Platform along with the Sunrise system to produce comprehensive reports to represent the entire Facility Business. In addition, reporting and analysis from salesforce.com to provide management reports on a weekly and monthly basis as well.

                      Primary Responsibilities:

                      Conduct financial analysis and produce reports
                      •Produce weekly/monthly reports that highlight areas of opportunity and risk at the product, market and customer level.
                      •Analyze sales data including customer and product data to find trends and to measure the results of on-going promotions within the FS category as required
                      •Create executive reporting package that summarizes the data and analysis.
                      •Provide data /input for senior management presentations as requested

                      Develop and direct regular sales and financial reporting:
                      •Assist in defining and creating reports that provide visibility to cross-selling activity and profitability
                      •Provide support to FS Sales management requesting reporting and analysis support
                      •Produce reports that measure key performance metrics to budget at the rep level.

                      Develop new sales reporting tools for the FS sales organization
                      •Work with the sales management team to create new sales reports in salesforce.com
                      •Develop reports that highlight productivity of the sales organization by market
                      •Build databases to pull in both forecasted sales (wins) and actual sales to measure the results of contests and productivity reporting.

                      • Bachelor Degree
                      • Strong analytical skills
                      • Problem Solver
                      • Strong computer skills including (Excel, Access (preferred, not mandatory)
                      • Hard working and ability to juggle several high pressure/high profile projects at once
                      • Detailed Oriented
                      • Possesses the ability to work with multiple teams and build strong working relationships

                      • 3 to 5 years of related sales analysis experience preferred
                      • Proficient with MS Access and MS Excel
