This provides exceptional opportunities for our team to participate in wide variety of projects and activities.Willis North America is seeking a College Recruiting Coordinator to assist in the development and execution of our college recruitment strategy in a highly collaborative environment. This is a highly visible position and requires the abilities to react with appropriate urgency to situations, to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality and to work in a fast paced environment with multiple internal and external clients. Duties will not be limited to, but do include: Identifying and developing ongoing relationships with Colleges and Universities Seeking out unique opportunities to increase recognition and awareness of Willis on College and University campuses Serving as the primary contact for all campus related activities Communicating with candidates Scheduling on and off campus events Coordinating the development Production and distribution of college recruiting collateral Coordinating application screening Interviewing, hire/not hire decisions; on boarding activities Attending related training programs and managing all related budgets Expenses and program reporting
BA/BS degree and minimum of 2 years experience in college recruiting or corporate college relations, ideally within the insurance or financial services industries. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with proven ability to make group presentations. Must be professional in presentation, very organized, and detailed oriented. Proven project planning and implementation skills required as is the willingness and ability to travel. Excellent Microsoft Office Skills including proficiency in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must. Candidates who are local or willing to relocate at their own expense only, please.
