Job Summary: Provide overall leadership, administration and expansion of services for the Behavioral Health program, including Family Counseling, Ophelia " Iron John, School Based and Consultative Services. Knowledge of the Child and Family services field, including local, regional and national community/family service activities that contribute to the advancement of Agency practices. Knowledge of community service oriented business practices Program Development and Fiscal Management Experience Demonstrated leadership skills. Demonstrated mastery of various therapeutic techniques, modalities and services.

Knowledge of child development, adolescent development, family dynamics, adult learning techniques, child protection and other relevant human service systems. Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with key stake holders, and maintain them over time. Key stakeholders include, but are not limited to, clients, employees, senior management, board members, community leaders and school departments. Requirements: Master Degree in Social Work with licensure (LICSW), PsyD or PHD in Clinical Psychology.

Minimum of four (4) years post graduate experience with at least three (3) years or more of direct experience in social service administration and management.
