• Restaurant/F&B operations experience including staff management experience (at least 1 year)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; fluent in English
• Keep it under control—know how everything operates
• Be a pro at working under pressure, using good judgment, sound decisions are a must
• Be consistent in applying standards and contract rules
These Desirable Skills will put you at the top of the stack:
• College degree & Hotel/Restaurant Management school a big plus!
• Ever manage a NYC restaurant?
• Experience managing a Union staff—great!
• Multilinguals welcomed
• Knowledge of American cuisine is a plus
